Shipping, delivery & returns

How much does shipping cost?
Ifthe order exceeds 3500 SEK, delivery is free of charge within 1-3 working days.

If the order is less than this, a shipping fee of 195 SEK will be added.

What is Express Delivery?
If you want an extra delivery on top of your regular delivery at the service visit and it is urgent, you can order an Express Delivery. Place the order before 1pm and you will have the goods delivered the next working day. The delivery charge for express delivery is SEK 500.

How is my order delivered?
Via our shipping partner.

How do I return an order?
To return ordered goods, a return must be notified to uswithin 8 daysof delivery. It is possible to contact us for returns by email (felanmalan@se.selecta.com) or by phone to our Customer Service(0770-85 85 85,weekdays 07-16). Don't forget to include your customer number and order number for faster processing.

Only products in unopened packaging will be collected by us.
It is possible to return individual products or an entire order.
After the return has been notified, we will collect the goods from you. Crediting of the products will take place after collection and inspection of the products.
